Move, cooperate and experience English together.
Swimming and team sports
Enjoy swimming, table tennis, badminton and team games. Participation considers age, fitness and a balance of movement and rest.
Rules in English
Listen to and explain game rules, and share roles with teammates. Cooperation and consideration matter alongside the challenge.
Preparation and supervision
Bring appropriate clothing, shoes and swimming equipment. Headcounts and safety rules are explained before activities.
