01 · Check suitability

Share your child's age, experience with English and preferred duration. We discuss learning level, adjustment to camp life and relevant health information.

02 · Review the program and quotation

Compare dates, lesson periods, room occupancy and whether flights, insurance, visas and activities are included.

03 · Register and prepare documents

Follow the registration instructions for applications, passport copies and parental consent. Payment schedules, cancellations and changes are provided in the final LUMA registration documents.

04 · Departure orientation

Check flights, airport meeting points, coordinator contacts, packing and math books. Arrival orientation and a level assessment prepare students for their first lessons.
